Prefer: Academic survey Intern with Linker/Compiler/C++ background

Job Description:

Intel is accelerating the development and deployment of the ChromeOS running on top of Intel silicon. As a huge project, Chrome contains ten millions of code, its performance is a critical criteria of product success. In this position, inside Intel Software and Service Group, your primary responsibility is to working together with team member to survey and develop industry and Academic compilation/link optimization approaches to construct cutting edge Chrome native code performance.

Requirements:

1.You must be enrolled in a university program in EE, Computer Science, software or related majors.
2.Familiar with linker/compiler. E.g GCC/LLVM, gold, ELF. GNU gold experience is a plus.
3.Strong capability of academic paper reading/writing and experiment conduct.
4.Solid C/C++ skills and Linux experience.
5.Strong self-directed, focus on output, and commitment of 3-5 days per week in at least 6 months for assigned working items.
