Operations LDP 运营管理培训生
Business Group and Unit: OES
Work Location: Shanghai, China
JOB DETAILS
•The Operations LDP (Leadership Development Program) aims to cultivate future OES (Operation Engineering Service) leaders for Operations by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.
•Undertake meaningful projects/assignments to build competencies through individual efforts and teamwork.
•Have developmental opportunities from professional training, assignment coaching.
•Have exposure opportunities in front of senior leadership teams to further support the build-up of long term career development path.
•The OES LDP will experience several periods, 6 months for each, the trainee will work in following functions, including Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and overseas assignment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)
•2018 Master’s graduates with strong academic achievement record. GPA >3.8
•Majoring in automation, electrical and electronics, or other related majors are preferred.
•Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills; CET 6 (Score >500) or TOEFL(Score>100) or IELTS(Score>6.5) is preferred. 
•Strong leadership and influence skills
•Get deeply into details and personally driving results in complex and challenging environments.
•Be the quintessential self-starter, and have a desire for continuous learning.
•Have future career aspirations in Operations Leadership in a manufacturing company
