18 Months Rotation Journey
The International Chinese Graduate Program for newly graduated master’s students is an 18-month journey, consisting of three rotations.
Rotation 1
The first rotation takes place in our regional headquater in Beijing, China.
Rotation 2
The second rotation brings you to our corporate headquater in Copenhagen,Demark.
Rotation 3
Finally,your third rotation is back in the regional headquater in China.

CVs Collection & Screening ( 03/28 – 05/11)
Logical & English Test ( 05/14 – 05/25)
Phone Interview ( 05/28 – 06/22)
Assessment Center ( 07/09 – 07/13)
VP Interview ( 07/16 – 07/23)
Offer&On-board ( 08/01 – 08/31)
General requirements
Recent Master Degree: Finance,Marketing,Business,Biopharmaceutical,Pharmacy related background
Outstanding academic achievement
Fluent in spoken and written Enghlish
International mindset ; culturally adaptable mobility
Personal competencies: Drive/ Results oriented / Ready for change / Team player / Can-do attitude / Proactive / Good communicator
We offer program within four departments:
Diabetes Marketing
Finance
Clinical & Medical & Regulatory
