Primary Job Responsibilities:
•Perform data investigation with the guidance of policy managers to iden
tify seller trust performance root cause
•Generate tracking reports on eBay seller performance metrics
•Document policies and processes to ensure easy reference for policy man
agers and cross-functional stakeholders
•Assist on building training materials for customer service agents
•Handle Escalations from AM/CS
•Documentation/Power Point building
•Increase automation capability of the tool (ie batch job, excel)

Job Requirements：
•Knowledge on financials analysis
•Knowledge on Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
•Knowledge in SQL and SAS
•Can fluently speak, read and write both Mandarin & English
•Proactive, willing to learn & attentive to details
